4	Technician (Vocational ) Apprentices	(1) Accountancy and Auditing (2) Office Secretaryship (3) Civil Construction and Maintenance. A Pass in VHSE Examination in the above Trades. Eligibility : Should not have completed more than 3 years after passing the Trade as on 01-04-2013
