On successful completion of the training period GETs/MTs will be absorbed in the grade of Officer in the scale of pay of Rs.8600-250-14600 and will be eligible for DA, HRA and other allowances as applicable to officers.
General Conditions:
1. Should be a citizen of India.

Note: Candidates who are appearing in their final examination for any of the above qualifications can also apply provided they have secured average 60% marks in previous exams (55% marks for SC/ST candidates).


1. SELECTION PROCEDURE
Eligible candidates will be called for a written test at following under mentioned centers. Written test will be held on 01.06.2008.Roll No. & Venue of written test will be available on our website
http://www.pdilin.com by 23.05.2008. So all the eligible candidates are advised to download their Admit Cards from our website.

APPLICATION FEEAll the applications must be submitted along with an A/C payee Demand Draft of Rs. 300/- (nonrefundable) drawn in favour of “Projects & Development India Limited” payable at Noida/Delhi. SC/ST/PH candidates are fully exempted for payment of fee.

3. TRAINING, REMUNERATION & ABSORPTIONThe selected candidates shall be required to undergo training for one year. During training they will be paid a consolidated amount of Rs. 15000/- p.m. as stipend. On successful completion of one year of training they will be absorbed as Assistant Project Engineer in the pay scale of Rs.8600-250-14600/-(under revision w.e.f. 1.1.07) with basic pay of Rs. 8600/- p.m., DA as per IDA pattern perks and other facilities such as Leave Encashment, Contributory PF, Medical reimbursement for Indoor Treatment, Gratuity etc. as per Company Rules. Total monthly emoluments on the basic pay of Rs.8600/- will be approx. Rs. 25,000/- (Under revision).

4. HOW TO APPLY
1. All the candidates must apply according to our prescribed format (complete in all respect).
2. Candidates must write his/her name, address and the post for which he/she is applying on the reverse of the demand draft.
3. Superscribe the envelope with the post applied for along with the Discipline & Code no.
4. Candidates who do not meet above specifications need not apply as their applications will be rejected and application fee will be forfeited.
5. Incomplete or vague applications will be rejected summarily.
