Qualification :
ET- Tech : Full time Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Technology from a recognised University/ Institute approved by AICTE.ET -Fin : Graduates with CA/ ICWA; or two years full time MBA with finance as main subject from a recognised university/ Institute.ET- HR : Graduates with at least two years full time MBA with HR as main subject/ Post graduate diploma in HR Management/ Social Work ( With HR as main subject)/ Industrial Relations/ Personnel Management.

Eligibility :
Above qualification with 60% (50% for SC/ ST candidates) or above marks, taking average of all the Semesters/ Years. Final year/ semester students who expect their result by 01/07/2008 may also apply provided they have obtained the above marks taking average up to pre final examination. If there is no conversion formula as per university to convert CGPA into percentage marks then it shall be multiply by 10 to get percentage marks.

Application Procedure :
A) Eligible candidates should apply either by means of Online Registration System of H. E. C. L at our website www.epostindia.org or through Ordinary Post sent to Post Bag No.99, Kolkata G. P. O., Kolkata-700001

1) Online Application System :
To apply please visit : www.epostindia.org with your valid E-mail ID. General and OBC category candidates are required to pay a non refundable registration fee of Rs. 500/- through Demand Draft in favour of M/S Heavy Engineering Corporation Ltd on any Nationalised Bank and payable at Ranchi. No other mode of payment will be accepted. Candidates can visit the online registration site from 1300hrs of 15/04/2008 to midnight of 03/05/2008.

B) After applying online, candidate is required to download & print the Registration Slip generated by the system in duplicate with unique registration number, places for photograph and signature and other details. The candidate have to send a copy of the printout of registration slip duly signed after pasting a recent photograph on the space provided for along with required demand draft (if applicable), and other enclosures to : ET- Recruitment Group, H. E. C. Ltd, Post Bag No.99, Kolkata G. P. O., Kolkata - 700001, by Ordinary Post Only. Speed Post/ Regd Post Shall not be received in the Post Bag. Registration number, name, discipline and category should be written at the back of DD. The envelope should be superscribed with " ET - 2008 (Technical/ Finance/ HR- as applicable), Registration number and the community, i.e. GEN/ OBC/ SC/ ST/ PH as the case may be and must be sent by Ordinary Post

a) Application to Post Bag :Full particulars as indicated in the Prescribed Application Format Which is available for download on the website (http://www.epostindia.org), should be filled up by the candidate. They shall also attach copy of the caste certificates, final year qualification certificate, as may be applicable, a recent name, discipline and category written at the back of DD. The envelope should be super scribed with ET-2008- (Technical/ Finance/ HR- as applicable), registration number and the community, i.e. GEN/ OBC (non creamy layer)/ SC/ ST/ PH as the case may be and must be sent by Ordinary Post only, duly addressed to ET-Recruitment Group, H. E. C. Ltd, Post Bag No.99, Kolkata G. P. O., Kolkata - 700001. Speed Post/ Regd Post shall not be received in the Post Bag. The applications must reach the above Post Bag by 03/05/2008

b) All candidates, whether applied Online or Directly to Post Bag, have to download his/ her Call Letter, Test Guidelines etc for appearing in the test from the website http://www.epostindia.org only, which shall be notified on the website.
